Launching My Executive Coaching Practice for Mental Health Professionals

After years of walking alongside others as a therapist, supervisor, educator, and leader, I’m thrilled to announce the official launch of Waves of Change—an executive coaching practice created specifically for mental health professionals ready for more.

This launch is more than just a business milestone. It’s personal.

Why Executive Coaching? Why Now?

If you’re anything like me—and like so many of the clinicians I’ve mentored—you didn’t get into this field because it was easy. You got into it because you care. You believe in transformation. And you’ve helped others change, often at the cost of your own well-being.

But here’s what I’ve learned: Therapists are allowed to want more. More alignment. More creativity. More freedom. More leadership. More peace.

That’s where executive coaching comes in.

Executive coaching is not therapy. It’s not supervision. It’s something else entirely: A partnership focused on your goals, your growth, and your next chapter.

Who Waves of Change Is For

Waves of Change is for the therapist who feels stuck, burned out, or ready to evolve. It’s for the clinical director who has mastered management but lost connection to meaning. It’s for the professor, the group practice owner, the tech startup therapist, the supervisor—anyone in the mental health space who wants to move with more intention.

This practice is grounded in lived experience. I’ve been in the burnout. I’ve navigated the toxic systems. I’ve led teams, taught students, advocated in boardrooms, and made hard pivots. And now, I coach others to do the same—with courage, strategy, and care.
